My role

Within the team, I led the Backstage CMS design, ensuring smooth integration with Appstage front-end apps. I managed the entire design process, from concepts to final UI elements in the Design System, focusing on user needs, interactions, and technical constraints for effective experiences.

Developed new features such as a Contextual Assistant for real-time in-app guidance based on user needs and Expert Support for instant expert assistance to enhance customer support.

Worked closely with cross-functional teams, including Smart Apps design and six dedicated development teams, to align efforts and deliver high-quality products.

Result & Impact

Product Evolution

The Backstage CMS evolved significantly under my guidance, expanding from a Smart OTT product with 11 sections to Smart Apps with 22 main sections, alongside numerous new features. These enhancements supported both legacy systems and the latest Smart Apps, catering to a broader range of user needs.
